How do I make a change to my order after it has been confirmed?
Any changes to your order need to be made immediately by calling (800)453-3077 or if calling from outside of the U.S. (310)335-0102. Once your item has shipped, it is too late to make any changes to your order.

How will I know that my order has been received by Seychelles?
You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number immediately after your order is received. If you do not receive this email, there might be a problem with the email address you entered or an error occurred while transmitting your order. If you do not receive a confirmation email after placing your order please call our customer service department at (800)453-3077.

How long will it take to receive my order?
It will take 7 to 10 business days to receive your order. Express delivery shipments will take up to 4 business days. Please keep in mind that this does not include weekends or holidays. If your order is placed after 10 am on Friday through midnight Sunday, it will not ship until Tuesday.

Who do I contact with questions regarding charges to my account?

Shipping Questions:

When will my order ship?
Your order will ship within 2 business days from the date that you place your order. Please remember that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. If you place your order on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the earliest it would ship out would be Tuesday. This applies to all orders, including express delivery. Choosing express delivery only means that your order will be shipped 2nd day air instead of ground. It will still take up to two business days for your order to leave our distribution center.

How will I know when my order has shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number via FedEx for your shoes.

Does Seychelles ship internationally?
Yes, we do. All international orders, with the exception of Canada, cannot be placed through our website. Please call (800)453-3007 or if calling from outside of the U.S. (310)335-0102 if you would like to place an order.

For stores in Australia, please contact Sapato Imports at 61 (2) 8065-1930. We sell to elite department stores and fashion boutiques throughout the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Can I special order a shoe in my size?
At this time we do not take special orders on any shoes. The largest size we make is size 11 (on select styles only, otherwise it is size 10). The smallest size is size 5 (on select styles only, otherwise it is size 6).
