Our vegan footwear leaves a smaller carbon footprint because synthetic leather contributes just one third the environmental impact compared to cow leather.
BC Footwear's shoe boxes are made from recycled cardboard and printed with plant based ink. Using recycled materials whenever possible helps us to minimize waste, energy usage, and greenhouse gas emissions.
Our custom padding system utilizes OrthoLite® Hybrid™ foam insoles, which are made with 5% recycled rubber and 15% repurposed production waste, for a total recycled content of 20%.
