RETURN POLICY
To start a return, please visit returns.seychellesfootwear.com.
We are happy to accept returns from orders placed on seychellesfootwear.com within 30 days of your purchase date. Returned items must not be worn, damaged, or altered, and they must include the original packaging, labels, and tags.
We recommend trying on your shoes on a soft surface (e.g. rug/carpet) to avoid scuffing the bottoms, especially if you think you may need to return them. Please do not wear your shoes out until you are certain they fit.
Return your shoes with the original shoe box and packaging, and place the shoe box inside of a larger shipping box when sending your return back to us.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please return your current order for a refund or store credit, and place a new order for your preferred pair(s).
RETURN SHIPPING
We will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label to ship your items back to us. Please remember to keep your return receipt until your shoes have been received back at our warehouse. We cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
A return shipping and handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your total refund if you choose to have us refund your purchase amount to the original method of payment.
Please note any shipping charges assessed to your original order are non-refundable, and will not be included in your refund total.
If you choose to receive store credit, we will waive your return shipping fee.
REFUND PROCESSING
Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed once your package is delivered to our warehouse.
You will receive a refund confirmation email, or an email to access your store credit, once we have processed your return.
Please note that depending on your banking institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days after your refund has been processed for your refund to reflect on your account.
