RETURN POLICY
Your shoes must be returned within 30 days of the order date. They must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Please do not wear your shoes out until you are certain they fit. Shoes that are worn and not in new condition will be refused for return. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
We recommend trying on your shoes on a soft surface (i.e. rug/carpet) to avoid scuffing the bottoms, especially if you think you may need to return them. Items must be returned in the original shoe box with original packing. Please place the shoe box inside a larger packing box when shipping your return to us.

Please note shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority mail to ensure that the package does not get lost. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.
Please complete the return form that was included with your purchase and return it with the shoes to the address on the form, or you can download a return form here.
Seychelles Footwear only accepts returns on purchases made through www.seychellesfootwear.com. If your shoes were purchased at another retailer, they must be returned to the retailer from which they were purchased.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the pair you would like and return your current order for a full refund.
REFUND PROCESSING
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 10 business days. An email confirmation will be sent once the refund is processed. Please note that depending on your banking institution it may take about 5-10 business days for your refund to reflect on your account.
