We know you can't wait for your shoes, and we do our very best to ship them out to you as soon as possible. We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping throughout the contiguous U.S. Please note it can take 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We offer 2-day shipping, and your rate is calculated at checkout. Please note orders received after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time may not ship until the next business day.
We ship via FedEx and it will take two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive once it ships. The day the package is picked up is not considered part of the two business days i.e. if your order is picked up on Thursday, the package will not arrive until Monday.
For overnight orders, your rate is calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time will not ship until the next business day. Please note for Friday orders placed after 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time, your order will not ship out until Monday. Orders placed on Fridays before 11:30 a.m. Pacific Time will not arrive until Monday.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.
For your protection, we require verbal verification for all customers who wish to use a freight forwarding service for international shipments. Upon placing your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department via email and be asked to call us to verify your order during business hours. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
Tracking information will not be available until the order has left our distribution center. Once the order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be available.
FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts to reach out, and the package is rerouted back to us, Seychelles Footwear cannot be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
ORDERS OVER $400
Please note for shipments over $400, we ask if you would like a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase. If you select yes, your package must be signed for upon delivery. FedEx will make three (3) delivery attempts before rerouting the package to one of their secure locations. If you select no, we will leave your package at your doorstep.
Seychelles Footwear cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. As a courtesy, we are happy to provide a signature requirement for your delivery at no cost to you. We recommend requesting a signature requirement if your delivery location isn't secure. You can request one by sending an email to email@example.com.
We take every precaution to secure your data. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to processing your order.
