We are happy to offer FREE ground shipping throughout the continental U.S. We know you can't wait for your shoes, and we make every effort to ship your orders out as soon as possible. Please note it can take up to two business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
We offer 2-day shipping, and your rate is calculated at checkout. Please note orders received after 12PM Pacific Time may not ship until the next business day.
We ship via FedEx and it will take two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive once it ships. The day the package is picked up is not considered part of the two business days i.e. if your order is picked up on Thursday, the package will not arrive until Monday.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12PM Pacific Time will ship out the same day.
Orders placed after 12PM Pacific Time may be shipped out the next day.
Orders placed after 12PM Pacific Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
For overnight orders, your rate is calculated at checkout. Orders placed after 12PM Pacific Time may not ship until the next business day.
SHIPPING TO ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO
We offer various shipping methods to these areas. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping at this time.
For your protection, we require verbal verification for all customers who wish to use a freight forwarding service for international shipments. Upon placing your order, you will be contacted by our customer service department via email and be asked to call us to verify your order during business hours. Please note we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments.
Tracking information will not be available until the order has left our distribution center. Once the order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be available.
FAILED DELIVERIES AND RETURNED PACKAGES
If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address or multiple failed attempts to reach out, and the package is rerouted back to us, Seychelles Footwear cannot be responsible for the re-shipment costs.
ORDERS OVER $300
Please note for shipments over $300, we may reach out to ask if you would like a signature upon delivery to protect your purchase.
